The painting is in very good vintage condition. The frame has a small paint loss at its top edge, as shown in the close up. Otherwise it is in good vintage condition. A lively and brilliantly executed mid-century modernist style interior still life composition, executed in gouache.
The painting features a jug, a bunch of grapes, and abstract forms resembling fruits, all set on a table adorned with a scalloped edge cloth. The background showcases shutters and window elements, suggesting an interior space with hints of the outside world, adding depth to the scene.
