This looks to be the Iberia pattern typical of Georges Briard barware of the era however we could not find any manufactures marks, perhaps there was a small adhesive label which has been lost to time.
The tray is approximately 15.25" in in length including the handles and 8.75" in width. The tray sits .5" off the table at its lowest point along the edge and curls up to 1.25" in height at the handles.
