The armoire has been made from figured walnut; a hardwood with a distinctive grain pattern that creates a three-dimensional appearance on two-dimensional wood surfaces. The wood grain glows due to showcasing this distinctive grain. Abundant storage is inside with the ability to rearrange the shelves as they are not fixed. The door swing open with the help of two heavy solid antiqued brass handles with acorn finials at top and bottom. Not only do the doors swing open they also retract into the frame of the cabinet, allowing for it to stay completely unobstructed when arranging the interior. There is a bottom + top mantle, with an antique brass swag going around the upper mantle; front and sides.
