There are two pieces to this sectional that are joined by a metal latch and are easily separable for transport. The sofa section measures 79 inches in length and 40 inches deep. The chaise portion measures 40 inches in length and 67 inches deep. The total length measures 119 inches. There are additional detailed measurements listed in the dimensions section of this listing.

This was a custom order for a second home that took 10 months to receive so was no longer needed when it arrived, it was made in April of 2022' as shown on the production tag. The price to place an order for this sofa in this fabric is $14,585.00 plus tax in this fabric, so roughly $15,700.00. It measures 119 inches in length, 67 inches deep and 38 inches in height.

Note: This item was to be very briefly used for staging, during install a candle slipped off of a coffee table splashing warm wax onto a small section of the skirt in the corner where the chaise and sofa meet, please see photo, overall it is in excellent condition
