Console in solid and veneered walnut.
The top is centered by a beautiful inlay with characters probably depicting a Dante episode (the figure on the right seems to be the great Poet) made of boxwood and the whole thing is framed by a bichrome and acanthus leaf motif.
The outermost frame of the top is made of cherry wood.
The front and the band present the typical inlay of the Rolina manufacture.
The front supports are "S" shaped while the rear ones are turned and rest on a base with a mixtilinear front.
Rolo manufacture from the mid-19th century.
Very rare piece of furniture for the type rarely produced by this Emilian production.
