Description: The Tulu chair by Kazuhide Takahama represents one of the first examples of seating whose tube bending process is replaced … more The Tulu chair by Kazuhide Takahama represents one of the first examples of seating whose tube bending process is replaced by a thin curved metal rod, electro-welded by induction and finally chromed. Born as an emblem of avant-garde construction, as well as advanced experimentation, it was designed in 1968 by designer Kazuhide Takahama on commission from the historic Simon company of Dino Gavina, now known as Simon International.
It has a removable cover in acid green alcantara-like fabric, reupholstered. The seats are with elastic straps.
