NOTE - That the Hallmarks are Worn - Somewhat Obscured by Surface Wear as a Result of its Age, Use and Being Polished Many Times Over the Years. I Was However Able to Verify All of the Hallmarks and They are Guaranteed as Stated. It is Tarnished - Needs to be Polished if Desired. less

This Really is a Great Looking Authentic Antique English Georgian Sterling Silver Cream Pitcher. It would have been Created During the Reign of King George II ( 1727 to 1760 ). It is Rendered in the Classic Pear Shape Style - Form. It is Completely Hand Made. The Body is Decorated in a Wonderful Hand Chased & Repousse Rococo & English Country Scenic Motif that Includes a Bird and a Dog. It has an Assortment of Hallmarks that include the Initials D H This Being The Documented Maker Mark of David Hennell. Other Hallmarks include the Lion Passant Designating its Sterling Silver Content, a Stylized "I" 1746 -1747 Date of Creation Letter and a Panther Head Designating the London City Mark. It is in Very Good Overall Original as has Survived Over the Years Condition. It is Strong and Sound - Perfectly Usable - Displays Nicely!. This Piece is Actually Over 275 Years Old and it has Been Loved Much Over the Years so it Does Have an Assortment of Minor age and Use Related Imperfections - Small Dents & Bends - Possibly Some Old Repairs Etc.
