Circa 1960 . We offer this Silver Plate Pitcher designed by Los Castillo in Taxco México. The Pitcher is made of steel that has been restored and silver plated again. The mother of pearl inlays across the pitcher are carefully cut and placed in such a way that it creates lines of dark pink and light pink making this jug a perfect example of a masterpiece.
Los Castillo is the first family of Taxco. Originally with Spratling, but soon out on their own, they became innovators of Sterling Design, Mixed Metals and Ceramics with Pure Silver Overlay. less
