“The people that I liked and had not met went to the big cafes because they were lost in them and no one noticed them and they could be alone in them and be together.” -Ernest Hemingway
Reflecting on memories from my past and those that are yet to come, a palette of crimson, magenta, umber, ochre, gold, black, white and lavender were used to create the painting. I started with under layers of acrylic paint and alcohol ink and the final layers were created with oil paint.
The painting arrives wired and ready to hang horizontally. My signature is on the lower right and the title and date are on the back. The 1.5 inch sides are painted crimson.
It arrives with a certificate of authenticity.
