For this particular piece we found wear consistent with age and prior use, including some nicks and dings that blend with the distressed factory finish, a 9in diameter dark ring on the table top, and some wear to the corners of the base pillars. Handcrafted from salvaged solid pine timbers from 100-year-old buildings in Great Britain, our table from designer Timothy Oulton bears a distinguished provenance. Distressed as only age and the elements can impart, the rough-hewn planks are carefully hand-selected, planed and lightly sanded yet otherwise left untouched. Each table is a celebration of authenticity and uniquely one of a kind.
