Description: Pair of Empire Bedside Lamps 1800 Carved Wooden Vases Lacquered in Pink and Gold with oval lampshade, the bases are … more Pair of Empire Bedside Lamps 1800 Carved Wooden Vases Lacquered in Pink and Gold with oval lampshade, the bases are antique Empire palm vases lacquered in shades of pale pink. The body of the palm holder is circular with golden foliated and beaded carvings in relief in the round. There is a power button on the base of the lamps. The lacquering is original, obtained with natural earths and is in good condition. They come from Central Italy and date back to the first decades of the 1800s. The lampshades are modern, made of ivory-colored fabric and decorated on the edges with bronze and pink trimmings. The lamps have an E27 type socket and are electrified according to European standards, for a maximum power of 150 watts each. They measure 47.5 cm high, 31 cm wide x 21 cm deep.
The wooden vases alone measure cm. 30 in height and the bases measure 9.5 x 9.5 cm.
This pair of lamps is ideal for a console, a chest of drawers but also for two bedside tables in the bedroom, considering the limited depth.
