Antique Victorian period (1880's) converted to electric student lamp that originally burned oil or kerosene from a font off to the side to allow light down onto a desk for reading. Features a brass body with a spiral detail on the arm, counter weight, reservoir, and the original ruffled amber lustre glass shade with 9 crystal prisms. Nice condition, lamp works great, glass shade in excellent condition, some small minor dents on counter weight, patina, and signs of wear. Gorgeous piece! Measures 25" high, 16" wide, 8" deep, and weighs 14 lbs. less
