American made vintage roll top desk. Purchased by my father in 1966 when it was already over 20 years old. Compartmentalized storage, deep drawers, and a sliding tambour (roll-top) cover. Lock/key hardware all original. Some very minor scuffs, small stain on surface (see photo). Located in Brooklyn, NY. Unable to find markings to identify maker of desk, not uncommon with desks of this age. An iconic piece of American office furniture with clean lines and sturdy wood construction.
Regretfully, I am unable to move it to my home in California, so I would love to find the right new owner to treasure this amazing piece.
