Description: This is a beautiful Baker sideboard from their Historic Charleston Collection, mahogany with satin inlay banding creating detail and depth … more This is a beautiful Baker sideboard from their Historic Charleston Collection, mahogany with satin inlay banding creating detail and depth to the gently bow-fronted piece. Based on an 18th C. Hepplewhite design, it is Baker traditional at its best. There is a central keyed drawer, felt-lined and slotted to store silverware with a flannel cover overlay to protect the surfaces. The legs are tapered, with lovely detailing; there are brass pulls and a brass keyhole cover, all in perfect condition. It is a perfect addition to any dining room, as it holds substantial amounts of tableware in the double stacked drawers on either side. The simplicity of design makes this graceful sideboard easily adaptable to an eclectic design mix. less
