On the left side, on a sort of stage in front of a portal decorated with bas-reliefs, we find a dentist working on a patient, a gentleman proclaiming and a comedian in a mask. Below the stage a multitude of characters stage several distinct activities according to Flemish custom; dogs and a horse-drawn cart enrich the scenery.
