Coffee set "Helena/Milenium" designed in 1958 by Edmund Ruszczyński for the Zakład Porcelany Stołowej "Wawel" in Wałbrzych. This set stands out with its modern form and striking graphic decoration in contrasting black and white, giving it a bold and distinctive character. Exported under the name "Helena," it was known in Poland as "Milenium," commemorating the millennium of the Polish state.

of Form and Decoration:
The set features a contrasting black and white abstract geometric decoration, resembling a network of intersecting lines. The coffee pot has a conical shape, topped with a delicately domed lid and a simple handle. Its slender spout and handle, with a slight upward angle, add lightness and modernity. A distinctive feature of the set is the square-shaped saucers with softly rounded corners, an innovative solution for the 1950s.
