Inspired by the great "street photographers" of the 20th century such as Henri Cartier-Bresson and Garry Winogrand, he launched into "street photography" in the 70s. At the same time, he also explored the world of jazz and blues as a concert photographer, capturing unique and timeless moments of legendary musicians. Claude Vesco's prints capture the very essence of jazz music. He photographed famous jazz musicians such as Junior Wells, Lucky Peterson, Lenny White, Don Cherry, Chick Corea, Buddy Guy, Bill Evans\.
