Hand knotted in one of the most respected looms in Nepal, this 4x6 rug joins the European Collection by Rug & Kilim—this design affectionately entitled “Cordoba” named for the titular Spanish region of inspiration. Enjoying a blend of quality wool and silk, this particular edition of the pattern enjoys an inviting emphasis of the beige-brown colorway in the silk’s natural sheen as it moves over the rich green background, the play of the light and dark areas lending a sense of movement to the curvilinear floral repetition—a remarkable finesse complementing the rustic charm of this European rug style.
