Hand thrown vase made by local potter in 2002. Beautiful 6.5 inch vase with a 4 inch mouth. Cast in white clay with turquoise, white and brown glazes. Some natural 'imperfections' that occur in hand-thrown (verses factory made) pottery give this piece a personality of its own. There is a 'scratch' along the backside most likely a result of placement in the kiln. Artists signature (Weldin) and date are on the bottom.
This piece is lovely by itself or used as a vase.
