It is signed André Stouls 21, manufactured by Email ALS "STRASBOUP" letters have faded over time "Strasbourg". The Lutterbach Brewery closed in 1968 reopened its doors in 2018. The colors have remained bright, unfortunately there are some missing enamel in many places, note rust around the edges, stains and micro-scratches on the enamel, however this plate remains in a suitable state of conservation.
