Spectacular brutalist piece of iron and Murano glass made by Longobard for Poliarte, Italy.
This stunning wall sconce is handcrafted … more Spectacular brutalist piece of iron and Murano glass made by Longobard for Poliarte, Italy.
This stunning wall sconce is handcrafted from a wrought iron frame coated in antique French gold.
Its multicoloured glass pieces are fired in a special oven and the resulting glass is hand-cut (hammered glass).
Coming from a second home, it has hardly been used, so it is in an excellent state of preservation.
Measurements:
Total height 52 cm.
Width 24 cm.
Depth 10 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
