Sculptural wall panel designed by nerone & patuzzi and manufactured by forme & superfici in italy in 1972. This is number 40 of an edition of 100. It is not clear if the entire edition of 100 was made. The panel is made of stained ash with aluminum and led details. It's beautiful and is in its original condition. You'll find the artist's signature on the front and the manufacturer's sticker on the back. This piece is a beautiful mix materials. A very interesting graphical piece. Gruppo np2 was an influential artistic collective that operated in the torino area. Known for their innovative and avant-garde approach, the group made significant contributions to the art scene during their active years. Led by talented artists, including nerone ceccarelli and gianni patuzzi, gruppo np2 left a lasting impact with their unique style and creative endeavours. The group's works often showcased a fusion of geometrical forms and abstract elements, captivating viewers with their artistic expression and experimentation. Ceccarelli was the creator of the artworks, he studied in florence and venice, it was the last city where he met carlo scarpa who was of a big influence in the search for details and compositional balance.
