Beautiful vintage haribako: a Japanese wooden sewing box with two drawers.
Dimensions: height 20.5 cm, width 23 cm, depth 22 cm.
The box has a warm chestnut reddish-brown color, and the front is decorated with a hand-carved floral motif that extends across both drawers. This Japanese woodcarving and lacquering technique is known as 'Kamakura Bori.'
