Each painting measures 24 inches wide by 24 inches tall and is framed in a brushed silver frame floating frame mount that measures 24.5 inches wide by 24.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches deep.
Paintings depict an array of soothing colors seen during sunrise and sunset with a touch of motion blur. First painting (far left in main photo) depicts an electricity pole with wires against a simple background with a setting (rising?) sun. Second painting (middle in main photo) depicts a simple landscape with a few trees against a horizon of a boldly setting / (rising?) sun. Third painting (far right in main photo) also depicts a simple landscape with more subtle tonations of as the sky evolves.
When living in the early 2000s, I used to hang out a lot at restaurants and bars in the SOMA neighborhood. I was immediately captivated by some paintings in one of the restaurants and tracked down the artist, and visited Son N. Nguyen at his studio where I purchased these paintings directly from him circa 2005. We had the paintings framed and they have been on my wall since then. They look beautiful together in a series, or separate them throughout your home to create a consistent calming theme. Photos include excerpts from an artist catalog including these paintings. less
