Lovely pair of George III sterling with gold wash berry spoons made by silversmith Thomas Balliston and retailed by George E. Butcher, located at 12-13 Smithy Row, Nottingham. Spoons measure approx. 8.5 inches and have a combined weight of 103 grams. They are presented in their silk and velvet lined box which I assume to be original to the pieces.
Accompanying box is COA card from Marks Antiques, LAPADA Member.
