French Rocco clock. FYI this is a Franz Hermle reproduction  they made these between the 1970s and the early 1990s. You can tell because of the case the Ormolu and the nut that holds the hands on these later versions like this. Earlier ones were a little bit more crude, and you can very  from a distance to they are original. These were widely reproduce by a company in Italy during that time using a German movement marked FHS
