This is a Vintage, sculptured and detailed porcelain rose on a metal (possibly brass) leafy stem. There are no maker's marks but it appears to be Capodimonte, out of Italy.
The color of the rose is a soft, dusty rose/peach and is accented with gold strokes. It is very sweet and lovely. It is in wonderful vintage condition. What a precious gift this would be!
This piece measures approximately 4 inches tall and about 3” wide. less
