Hard to find antique hexagonal porcupine quill box, c.1880
Made in Ceylon, as shown on the inner lid, with ebony and quills. This box has good geometrically arranged quills with alternating dark and light shades. Brass handle on lid is a nice touch. Has original working key. Good antique condition with all quills and dots intact. Recently waxed and polished.
