Vintage, mid-century, French Riviera-style, rectangular mirror with bamboo, rattan and caning from the 1960's.

The mirror features a great design with warm, burnt-colored, bent, rounded edges and corners, and then straight pieces placed on top of the caned surface, both on the inner edges of the frame, as well around the edges of the mirror, which really makes it pop (see photos.)
Piece is in very good, original and vintage condition with light signs, marks of age and previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of time, on the overall structure, mirror, caning, and edging, as is expected for a piece of this age (see photos), but nothing that takes away from its cool look. The caning has no tears. The mirror has no cracks or chips (see photos), and measures at
H: 59.5 cm x W: 35 cm.
At the back, there is an eyehook screw, so the piece can be easily mounted onto a wall in a vertical position (see photo), but one could just as easily modify the points to mount it into a horizontal position if desired.
A very nice mirror, that will work well in any given mid-century, rustic- contemporary or retro-bohemian space, whether in an entryway, bedroom, living room, bathroom, hallway, sunroom, or even on a patio or balcony.
