Description: Early hand-painted English Delft from Lambeth kilns incorporating the "fried egg" motif in striking polychrome tones. Tin-glazed with lead-glazed underside … more Early hand-painted English Delft from Lambeth kilns incorporating the "fried egg" motif in striking polychrome tones. Tin-glazed with lead-glazed underside which is indicative of the process during this period. Fine condition with only a 3/4" rim chip and a few minor rim-edge frits. Note presence of saggar peg mark on underside underscoring age and authenticity.
