This gorgeous Murano chandelier is a joyful exuberance of shapes and colors. Despite the flower motif, the chandelier and specifically its large flower lamp shades appear very modern in shape. However, the rarity of this chandelier lies in its opalescent glass. This type of Murano glass is no longer in production.
This item is not signed. Many Murano productions from the 60s do not have any special markings or branded stickers. One can tell the authenticity of the glass from the imperfections in the hand twisted glass edges and the bubbles visible inside the glass. less
