One of the most recognizable and timeless lamps in the world, this is after the Alberto Giacometti for Jean Michele Frank dark aged bronze "Grande Feuille, Fine Version". In excellent condition, this is an amazing and careful reproduction even to the dimensions - diameter, height, scale - of the "Grande Feuille, Version Fine" Lamp has been carefully executed.by EXNY, Foundry Giacometti Collection.in the early 1980s. (From a private New York Collection.)
This version by Al;berto Giacometti was originally designed for Jean Michele Frank in 1933-1934 and stands at 70 1/4 inches with a base of 9" diameter - as does this example.
