Set of two Brueton cantilevered flat bar chairs, inspired by the iconic Brno chairs, these hefty flat bar cantilevered chairs by Brueton are iconic design following the original design with flowing lines, featuring stainless steel frames in a rare brass plated finish. Welded, ground and polished into a seamless unit that adjoins to the seat creating the illusion of balance without a traditional back frame making it a incredible feat of engineering. The cantilever design gives them a slight bounce, making them even more comfortable. The chairs maintain their original leather upholstery in reasonably good condition. Some very slight imperfections remain, the frames are fine to be used as is. Original paper manufacturer's label to underside, ‘Made by Brueton Industries Inc.’
1970's design at its best, top notch quality from Brueton Industries as always. The design is exquisite and chairs are very well made ready for long-term use. less
