Very large (28 inch tall) antique French mantel clock featuring the finely modeled and cast bronze figure of a seated Roman general with beautiful patina, with frame cut from solid black slate wit gilt bronze mounts. Figure's long spear, (held in his right hand) present, mistakenly removed prior to photography.
Movement apparently unsigned. Missing pendulum and key, but we may sourced suitable replacements should our customer wish to restore clock to proper working order. 28 by 21 by 8 1/2 inches. less
