An elegant floor lamp by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte. Model 2198. The lamp has three light settings. And has 5 bulb sockets. Four in the main part of the shade and one above; which means it can be used as an uplighter. An uplight. A central light. Or, all can be used at once. The light is controlled via the original floor switch. Brass, painted brass and opaline glass. ** The light comes with the original invoice from the Fontana Arte Milano showroom. Dated 28th December 1966. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
