A most unique, fun, and unusual decorative art object that can be used as an Objet d'art, sculpture, paperweight, or lighthouse—if you place a light underneath it. We think it's from the late 20th Century; and it's made of painted metal, in the shape of a upside down cone, with hand blown glass into it where the knobs and. bubbles came through the cutout, in the metal. It's painted in a nice glossy black.
