It has been extensively cleaned, polished and, in a few places, touched up to get it to the point it is now. Naturally there are blemishes to be found as it is 90 years old, so the following is a detailed description from top to bottom: The top, back edge where it meets the wall is very good with none of the typical chipping and the top surface above the backsplash is fine save for a shallow, nearly invisible scratch to the right. The backsplash has an area around the soap dish that is not as shiny as the rest, but it's not visible from all angles. The rest of this area looks very good, with no chips or scratches found. The soap dish, since it is in better condition than is normally found, was coated with clear enamel to preserve it. The chrome is in good condition and there is no damage. The "post" where the drain plug chain connects received the same enamel treatment. It is brass, which is always coated to keep it from tarnishing. The "Crane" faucets stand out as they excellent for the age. The chrome is better than average, with only some light pitting to be found. The right one has worn chrome on the handle ends, and the other is good. They were not recently tested with water, but the movement feels right. The porcelain around the left faucet is slightly discolored, and the right side has a little rust on the back side, and there is a shallow 0.1" chip to the left of the right faucet. This, like the few other chips found, have been painted to help them blend in. The same surface, to the sides and front of the bowl is very good overall. There is a shallow 0.08" ding on the right near the edge, and a tiny (0.05") one to the left of that. The rest of this area is fine, with only normal, fine scratches along the edges that do not stand out. The water overflow "grate" has a little corrosion, but is better than many we have come across. The rest of the interior of the bowl is in good shape from the rim leading down, and the bottom has 4 chips in the same size range as the other's mentioned, a little roughness in a spot, and just the slightest corrosion at the flange (which looks good). The drain plug is missing the chain, but it looks good and functions properly. The outside front and sides all look very nice. There is no damage and little wear to be found, even along the bottom edges that tend to get chipped up over time. The bottom is fine overall. There is very little rust present, and what is there does not go deep. The original paint was not great, so a fresh coat was applied. It came out nice, save for some tiny rust spots coming through in areas. Although the original mounting bracket did not make it into the pictures, it is included and in good condition. less

*** It was noticed while processing the pictures that two of the bottom images look to be a different color from the third one. The camera wiped out the color. It is all light green, like the picture taken from the front.
*** This piece is described in greater detail than is normally found, as the camera likes to hide blemishes with items such as this. There are pictures included with and without the use of flash in an attempt to show the details. The description is accurate to the best of our knowledge, and areas are pointed out that may look nearly flawless in the pictures.
