The work has incredible details and is in very fine condition.

It is housed under conservation glass in what appears to be the original Italian Roccoco style reticulated gold frame.
This work is truly one of the Artist's finest Orientalist examples that has come onto the marketplace and is Museum worthy.

Provenance: Private Collection Green Bay, WI. acquired in 2004 from prior
owner where it had been in their collection for the previous 15-20 years.
The Artist was known to have done different variations of the same subject. A very similar work sold at Tajan Auction, Paris in November of 1997. less
