This eighteenth-century mirror … more Golden frame from the 1700s, splendid mirror in Louis XIV style, rectangular in shape with modern mirror. This eighteenth-century mirror is richly carved with deep scrolls decorated with foliage and bunches of grapes, auspicious motifs. The antique frame of this Italian mirror was restored in the past, consistent with the dating and is in a good state of preservation. Previous restorations reveal changes to the gilding and the replacement of the rebate supports on the back. It comes from a private collection in Lombardy. less
