Antique Victorian Botanical/Floral Prints In Gilt Frames (Set Of Three). A set of three hand painted prints in matching gilt frames with a linen inset trim/matte. One frame contains an 1855 printed peony drawing from Anne Pratt. One frame includes a hand painted print from William Curtis. The last one is an original hand coloured botanical illustration of the Channel-leaved Trichonema, Onion Grass, from Curtis’s Botanical Magazine (early 1800s). All three are behind glass and papered en verso. In good condition with wear consistent with age. Some staining in the top quadrant of the Curtis print.
