This is a set of two fine quality, heavy and well-build nightstands by Thomasville in Cherry-toned wood. They feature an Emperador Dark Spanish Marble top above a single drawer with a single door and cabinet underneath. They are of Empire (or Louis Philippe) styling.
The marble stone is described as having dark rich browns, with white or gray veining. The drawers, with machined dovetail joinery and one pull knob, are lined with new velveteen-covered foam trays to protect a watch &/or other jewlery. The roomy cabinets with decorative pulls, feature one fixed shelf. All four legs on each piece have threaded/adjustable leveling feet. Based on the labels on the marble, the pieces are approximately 20 years old.
This classic style is sure to work with many styles of bedroom furniture. The pieces will grace your space for years to come! less
