It is … more This chair is in excellent, nearly spotless physical/cosmetic condition, functions properly and looks very nice from all angles. It is 25 years old but looks and performs like it's nearly new. Top to bottom conditions: The backrest fabric is fine with no wear or stains and the backside is very good. It has a few light horizontal scrapes from rubbing against a desk, but they do not stand out at all. The backrest is height adjustable, and this function works as it should. The metal portion below the cushion has some very light scratches, otherwise it is fine. The armrests are both excellent cosmetically, are damage free and the height and width functions operate as they should - and the metal parts running under the chair are fine with few blemishes. The seat fabric is very good. There is no damage, very little wear to be found, and it looks good overall. There are a couple spots that were not even found until looking at the pictures. Since the cushions were not touched, it is safe to say that they are able to be washed off. The depth of the seat is adjustable, and does so with no issues. The underside of the seat looks about new. There is no corrosion, damage or wear present. Virtually the only thing found on the entire chair we found to point out is the fact that it is missing the knob/handle on the right side that is used to adjust the tilt of the seat. This adjustment point functions properly without the handle. The black portion running down the rest of the way to the legs is fine, as are all five legs. There is slight wear to the tops of the legs, otherwise all is in very good shape. The caster wheels all rotate and swivel properly and are in nice cosmetic condition with very little wear found. The arms will be removed for shipping and are easily reinstalled with a Phillips screwdriver. Please see the pictures for further details.
