The condition of the Staffordshire Spill vases are in good antique condition. The vases are structurally sound. There is some color loss to both spaniel's muzzles. There is also some color loss to orange interior rim of the vases. There is a small chip to the left spaniels vase edge (pictured). Both lamps are in working condition and were US wired in the 60s. The lamp shades that are included are contemporary.

A pair of charming mid to late 19th Century Staffordshire pottery spill vases that have been converted into lamps. The conversion to lamps was in the mid 20th Century.
The spaniels are white with gilt flecks on the coat. They also have a gilt collar and black muzzle. The spill vases are mounted to a rounded wooden base. The spaniels are braced by brass toned lamp bases with matching brass toned finials.
This whimsical pair are ready to add a special touch to any space they adorn. less
