The candlestick is in very good original condition. … Read more This is a great example of a French period Baroque brass candlestick. The candlestick is in very good original condition. There is a slight dent to the round base of the stick and the nozzle is a tiny bit off plumb--but the candlestick remains vertical. This is a wonderful addition to an antique collection or a decorative element for bookshelves. We recommend "Simichrome" for polishing brass (and silver). Frequent dusting will maintain a bright finish on brass freeing the owner from actual polishing. See less
