Kibaek Mobelfabrik, Made in Denmark, this is the queen size bed and matching nightstands modular set from the bedroom collection. Made of solid teak wood surround. Solid wood pull out trays. In very good preowned used condition. Needs restoration, the cowhide leather pulls on the tray tables may need replacing. The shelf in one of the two end tables needs to be repaired, may have some missing brass hardware parts and screws. The side-rail inner has some press-wood missing that should be addressed. The footboard has been modified with screw holes that are not part of the original production. Some varnish dulling and water stains. Needs minor restoration and cleaning if desired. Fabric is in excellent condition, no tears, no holes and no stains.
The headboard has hidden fold-out cushion backrest pillows within. Fold out trays discreetly tucked away inside the bed rails on each side of the bed perfect for laptop and coffee in bed! Two flanking nightstands have curved tambour doors with one drawer and one shelf in each. Adjoined side tables to the bed with hardware. Solid wooden slats for the mattress and rubber slat holder in great condition. Some wear on the edges with a few dings and scratches.
Great use for bedroom, apartment living spaces. Storage with maximum hideaway capacity. Works well with mid century design styles for organic modern spaces and minimalistic decor.
