The bottle from the "Alicja" set, designed in the 1970s by renowned Polish glass artist Zbigniew Horbowy for the Sudety Glassworks in Szczytna Śląska, is crafted from characteristic soda-lime glass of the "antico" type, in-mass colored to achieve intense and deep hues. The term "antico" refers to a technique that gives the glass surface a gently matte, subtle finish reminiscent of ancient glass, with a distinctive gradient effect that transitions between colors.
