A stylish and very well made vintage French brass and glass coffee table. This is very much in the manner … Read more A stylish and very well made vintage French brass and glass coffee table. This is very much in the manner of Maison Charles, it was made in France and dates from around the 1970’s.

It is of lovely quality, with a chunky brass pineapple supporting each corner of the glass top. The base is Lucite and brass, this is all held together with bolts that run all the way from the top edge of the glass, to the wooden bun feet.

The condition is mostly excellent, with some minor surface wear here and there. The thick glass top has a mirrored border, on one side of the glass there are a few unusual perforations to the glass on the border. We are unsure of how they got there, they don’t affect the strength or usage of the table, as with all vintage pieces the imperfections are part of the charm.
