Description: Refinished 1920s Art Deco match- booked burled walnut cabinet. The old finish was removed to uncover the beautiful burl wood … more Refinished 1920s Art Deco match- booked burled walnut cabinet. The old finish was removed to uncover the beautiful burl wood underneath. The burled walnut is in its natural color and dyed the feet and molding a deeper hue for contrast. The inside of the upper cab is painted an olive green. The entire piece was sealed with polyurethane for durability.

The top cabinet has two adjustable shelves and the original metal pegs. The shelves are 1/4 inch thick beveled edge glass. There are a few small chips on the edge of the shelves. Please see photos. The lower cabinet has one large shelf. The left door has the original inner latch. The right door has a new magnetic touch latch. Just push the door to open or latch closed. The top cabinet sits on top of the lower cabinet and can be removed and used separately, if desired.
It can be used as a sideboard, buffet, credenza or bar cabinet.
