This is a beautiful early 19th-century hand-wrought torchère floor candle holder from Spain. It features a medieval-style design with a tripod base and three gracefully curved legs, showcasing an attractive aged patina. The clean, Gothic-inspired appearance includes decorative rings and three curved acanthus leaves on the central stem.
The bobeche has a simple gold ring at the base of the candle, while the new chocolate brown fabric cord and pale gray linen shade add an elegant touch to this rustic lamp. It is designed to hold a thick candle (the wax candle shown is for decorative purposes only) and has been recently rewired to meet UL Code standards.
This floor lamp not only provides illumination but also serves as a statement piece that enhances the ambiance of your home. In very good vintage condition, it is ready to bring warmth and style to your surroundings.
