Offered is a hand turned teak wood bowl from the 1970s. While this shape, we refer to it as a Bubble bowl, is very common for the era, we find it rather modernist and timeless. And a special note about this bowl - we have never found one with such a thick base. While it is perfect for salads or as a nut bowl, this one can double as a centerpiece or decorative bowl in any room of the house. Excellent as a hostess gift for the holidays or as a gift for your best friend if they are a mid 20th century design enthusiast.
Measures 10" diameter, 8.5" diameter at opening, 4" tall, 3" deep - we mentioned above how thick the base is. less
